26-27 Athletics Participation Form – use this form to sign up your children for any or ALL of our sports for the year and pay all fees up front or simply be invoiced by Athletics once registration opens for the sport(s) you chose. Please note the fees are non-refundable. There are also links to the other required forms that you can print at home or pick up a copy at the school office.
Volleyball registration is happening now and forms are due by July 15th!

2026-2027 Milk Purchase Form

This is form is where parents can signup their children to receive milk at school for the designated year. Due to the rising cost of milk, the price for 2026-2027 is $27.00 per student for the year.

2025-2026 Yearbook Information

Our yearbooks (unlike traditional yearbooks) are printed over the summer so that special moments such as First Communion and 8th Grade Graduation that happen in May can be included. Compilation begins around the 3rd week of June and can take up to 8 weeks.

New this year, all payments and shipping will be handled through our publisher VIP Photography (much like when purchasing individual photos). A link will be emailed to families and posted here when yearbooks are ready for purchase.
